Iphone 5 bike mount?

Hi,

I'm getting my final bits for my impending bike tour of the USA and I'm looking for a recommendation.

I'm looking for a bicycle mount for an iphone 5.

It's important to me that I can plug both a charger and headphone cable in while the phone is sitting in the mount.

Being waterproof is not important.

Any ideas appreciated.
