Out & Equal?s LGBTCareerLink was launched in 2008 as a resource for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workforce. We wanted to create a hub where job seekers could find jobs, learn about employment at diversity-friendly companies, and research careers. Everyone deserves to work for a company or organization that treats their employees fairly, equally, and with respect. Diving In: the Job Search
