'Private' PowerPoint notes ? Business Management Daily: Free ...

Q. During a presentation (from my laptop), how do I keep the notes section visible to me but not the audience?

A. In the Slide Show tab you?ll find a group called Set Up. Click on Set Up Slide Show and check the box that says Show Presenter view. You will, of course, need to make sure the computer recognizes two monitors or video devices. This should happen automatically when you plug a video cable into your laptop or connect to a projector via Bluetooth.
