About the company
Our client is an international financial services institution with offices across the globe.

Job description
This is an open ending project working in a fast paced environment on a Tax Compliance Program tax document remediation.
Currently there are 3 open opportunities within the team from analyst to project manager.

Duties:
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with the Corporate Tax and Tax Operations Teams to analyze the remediation processes and information needs, etc with an eye to developing tools for providing detailed metrics and risk / issue communication.
-Work with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Tax Ops to manage escalated remediation issues.
-Identify ways of improving existing remediation process and provide feedback and suggestions to the project team and the business (Tax Operations).
-Proactively challenge business processes with a view to uncovering risks and issues that might affect the project goals and timelines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts to report findings.
-Provide information to the Project and Program Manager to assist with planning and reporting.

Who we are looking for
??Bachelors and/or master degree
??Prior 3-5 years experience of working in a corporate banking environment or a public accounting environment with exposure to tax information reporting and withholding (tax experience not mandatory).
??In depth knowledge of financial services industries, products and workflows.
??Experience with tax operations including 1099, 1042 reporting and withholding taxes

??Excellent presentation and communication skills
